Teens invited to join Teen Advisory Board

The Mission Viejo Library is offering teens in grades 9-12 the chance to apply for the Teen Advisory Board for the upcoming school year.

This fun and rewarding volunteer program encourages teens to work with their peers and the teen services librarian to develop programs and services for the library. Applications are available at this link.

With the pandemic, this year's Teen Advisory Board will focus on the types of virtual programs and services available to teens throughout the year. Meetings will be held via Zoom, and teens can earn community service hours for participating in the meetings.

Applications will be accepted until August 10. For more information, contact Allen Kesinger at akesinger@cityofmissionviejo.org or 949-830-7100, ext. 5134.
