Something wonderful this way comes! Don’t miss two Shakespeare classics at Saddleback College July 15-16
The play is the thing! Back by popular demand, Shakespeare by the Sea returns to Saddleback College to perform two ageless works, “Macbeth†on July 15 and “The Taming of the Shrew†on July 16.
Proudly presented by the City of Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo Friends of the Arts, and the Saddleback College Department of Theatre Arts as a part of their Summer of Theater, both plays start each night at 7:30 p.m., with festival seating beginning at 6 p.m. on the Upper Campus Quad.
“Macbeth†weaves a timeless tale of a husband and wife and their ambitious quest to seize the Scottish Throne, while “The Taming of the Shrew†is one of Shakespeare’s beloved comedies about a family’s labors to “tame†their rebellious daughter.
Admission is free, with limited VIP seating available for $20. For more information, contact the Ticket Office at (949) 582-4656 or http://www.saddleback.edu/arts/summer-theatre.
