Mark your calendar for December 4 when Lord of the Strings presents the multi-talented and award-winning musician Richard Smith.

The concert kicks off at 7 pm in the Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center. Doors open at 6:30 pm.

Smith is known worldwide for his ever-growing repertoire of fingerpicking classics, originals, fiddle tunes, blues, Joplin rags, jazz standards, classical range, and everything from pop to Sousa marches. From Bach to Beatles, barn-burners to ballads like no one you've ever seen, Smith continues to entertain audiences near and far.

When he picks up a guitar,  it's a treat for the ears and the eyes. Audiences watch in amazement while his fingers dance over fret board and strings - and listen in delight as melody and groove fill the room.

Consistently touring around the country and beyond, Smith has also performed or recorded along the way with Chet Atkins, Les Paul, Tommy Emmanuel, Suzy Bogguss, Steve Wariner, Jimmy Fortune, Earl Klugh, Martin Taylor, Joscho Stephan, Sam Bush, Stuart Duncan, John Schneider, Lee Roy Parnell, Brent Mason, Rory Hoffman and many others.

Tickets are $40. For more information, call 949 842-2227.
