Free four-part webinar series focuses on Mental Health Wellness
In honor of May's designation as Mental Health Awareness Month, the City is providing information about free webinars that can help people deal with a multitude of issues.
Dubbed "Be Well Wednesdays," the four-part webinar series highlights personal experiences of folks living through mental health challenges, stress, and trauma, and how they found hope and resilience in their journey to recovery. The webinar series also showcases the expertise and resources of community organizations that work with diverse populations throughout Orange County. The following webinars are hosted by Be Well OC and the Orange County Health Care Agency.
Week 1: Healing from Grief and Trauma
