Gobble up some Turkey Bucks for Mission Viejo's adopted battalion

While purchasing your turkey for the holidays this year, consider gobbling up a few "Turkey Bucks."

The City's Marine Adoption Committee is joining forces with Albertsons for the Turkey Buck program that raises funds to provide Thanksgiving meals for Marines who cannot make it home for the holidays.

Purchase Turkey Bucks through November 20 at the Albertsons store on Alicia Parkway and Olympiad. All proceeds benefit Mission Viejo's adopted Headquarters Battalion of the 1st Marine Division.

Shortly after turkey day, Turkey Bucks will go on sale for Christmas and other holiday meals.
