Construction slated to begin after the New Year on Mission Hospital's new cancer center

Construction is expected to begin in January on Mission Hospital's new state-of-the-art cancer center that will be located on a portion of The Shops at Mission Viejo.
 
Developer NCA Real Estate and Mission Hospital recently closed a deal after negotiating for months on the 109,000-square-foot medical office building next to Medical Center Road and the hospital campus the City's Planning and Transportation Commission approved in summer 2015. 
 
The construction is expected to take about 18 months to complete. Once finished, the new facility will provide a significant benefit to the City, Shops and much of Orange County.
