Sachs to serve as Mission Viejo Mayor & Raths as Mayor Pro Tem

Ed Sachs was selected as Mayor and Greg Raths as Mayor Pro Tem during the Mission Viejo City Council's annual reorganization on Tuesday, December 12.
 
This is the first mayoral role for Ed Sachs who was elected in 2014 and has served as Mayor Pro Tem this year.  Greg Raths has also served the residents of Mission Viejo since 2014.
 
During Tuesday's meeting, Wendy Bucknum, who served as 2017 Mayor, spoke about the strong state of our City via video and live.

The City Council normally meets at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month in the Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center. The Council will reconvene after the holidays on January 9. Meetings are streamed live at cityofmissionviejo.org.
