An extremely rare cat is waiting for a forever home at the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center.   

Muggy is a 3-year-old Khao Manee, a rare breed from Thailand that translates to "white gem." 

In fact, the Khao Manee is believed to be the rarest feline breed, and the "odd-eyed" type is the rarest variety.  Therefore, Muggy is incredibly rare since he has one blue and one green eye.  

The breed is also known as the "diamond eye cat" because of its signature jewel-like eyes that are green, blue, and sometimes gold. These extraordinary and beautiful cats are known to be playful, friendly, curious and outgoing. They are devoted to their owners and are intelligent cats that have an endearing sense of naughtiness. Muggy has all those traits and more. He is extremely social and talkative, especially when he's hungry.
