Whether it's cooking, building, adventure or sports, we've got some exciting summer camps that your kids will surely love. Registration is now available for the following Mission Viejo summer camps:

CULINARY KIDS
Unleash your inner chef by cooking, creating and collaborating in the kitchen! With our flavorful healthy dishes, expert chefs, teachers and fun-filled atmosphere, your young chef will develop lifelong essential cooking skills while sautéing his or her way around tasty menu masterpieces! Young chefs ages 5-13 will work in small groups for hands-on kitchen fun. This camp is from 9 a.m. to noon July 9-13 and July 16-20 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center. Cost is $200 plus a $50 lab fee payable to the instructor. (Course #13328 & #13203)

MISSION: CAMP ADVENTURE
Kids ages 5-10 participate in a variety of fun games and activities such as bowling, swimming, arts/crafts and sports at the Montanoso Recreation and Fitness Center. On the last day, they'll enjoy a pizza party. This camp is from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 25-28, July 9-12 & July 30-Aug 2. Weekly rate is $88, with a $22 daily rate (Wednesday is $42 due to T-shirt and bowling). To register, call 949-859-4348.

SMASH & SPLASH SUMMER JUNIOR TENNIS CAMP
Campers will see improvement in their game with an emphasis on technique, consistency, point play and competition with small instructor-to-student ratios. Lunch is included! Kids 5 and older will learn and have fun. This camp is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 11-Aug 9 at the Marguerite Tennis Pavilion. Cost is $175 per week + $20 pool fee (optional). MINI-HAWK MULTI-SPORT
Beginner athletes will get the chance to see what they are interested in while more experienced campers hone their skills across several sports at the Florence Joyner Olympiad Park. Instruction and practice take place in a rotation-based format and campers will learn the core fundamentals of each sport. Sports include basketball, soccer, baseball and flag football. Campers should wear appropriate athletic attire and bring a water bottle and two snacks. The camp for ages 4-7 is from 9 a.m. to Noon. July 2-6 with no camp on July 4 for a cost of $129 and Aug 6-10 for a cost of $159. (Course #18191 & #18305)

SKATEDOGS SUMMER CAMP
Whether you are just learning or ready to learn advanced tricks, this camps is right for you! Make new friends, advance our skills, play games, and most importantly, have fun in our private skatepark at Marty Russo Youth Athletic Park. Skateboard, knee pads, elbow pads and helmets are required. Campers should wear appropriate athletic attire and bring a water bottle and two snacks. The camp for ages 6-13 is from 9 a.m. to Noon. July 2-6 with no camp on July 4 for a cost of $129 and Aug 6-10 for a cost of $159. (Course #14399)

MUSIC VIDEO SIGNING CAMP
Interested in signing and dancing in a music video? We're making a music video this year and you can sing with us at the Glee Music Academy (25 Spectrum Pointe Drive #406, Lake Forest). A videographer and audio engineer will mix the audio and video and you'll watch yourself on a screen during the unveiling party. The camp for ages 4-9 is from 9 a.m. to Noon the week of June 25-28 for a cost of $269+$25 lab fee payable to instructor. (Course #14453)

AMERICAN DOLL FASHION
Design, plan and create your very own doll fashions at the Norman P. Murray Community Center. Students will select fabrics and learn to follow a pattern while mastering basic sewing skills and will work on a complete outfit for an 18" doll. Bring your doll to class for fittings and a fashion show. No experience necessary. All fabrics, notions, patterns and sewing machines are supplied. Camp runs July 30-Aug 1 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. For ages 7-14. Cost is $158 + $35 lab fee payable to instructor. (Course #13340)

SEW COOL SEWING
"Fashionistas" will design and create their own fashions using a sewing machine while learning about fabric selection and how to follow a variety of patterns at the Norman P. Murray Community Center. All fabrics, notions, patterns and sewing machines are supplied. Camp runs July 30-Aug 2 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. For ages 8-17. Cost is $188 + $35 lab fee payable to instructor. (Course #13343)

FASHION CRAFTS JUST FOR GIRLS
Students will explore different techniques used to complete their crafts at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center. They will design and make one-of-a-kind projects to take home with them. Students will use sewing machines and learn basic sewing skills to enhance their projects. Class is on Aug 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. For ages 7-14. Cost is $45 + $15 lab fee payable to instructor. FOLLOW ME ROBOT
How would you like to build a robot that contains four built-in microphones? It will detect the sound source and move and turn accordingly. It's your own robot to build and take home. Learn about different gears and sensors as you build it at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center. Camp is Aug 13-17 from 9 a.m. to Noon. For ages 7-12. Cost is $179 with a registration deadline of Aug 1. (Course #13344)

CREATIVE ENGINEERING
Work with an advanced three-dimensional construction kit that is yours to keep and take home. Design and build simple or complex models of a vehicle, a robot or buildings. Hands-on is the only way, so prepare to build from directions and from your own imagination at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center! Camp is Aug 13-17 from 1 9.m. to 4 p.m. For ages 7-12. Cost is $179 with a registration deadline of Aug 1. (Course #13345)
