Teens invited to tap their creative side through electronic crafts

Calling all teens: If you like tapping your creative side, then listen up.  On December 12, the Mission Viejo library will host the second in a series of craft programs for teens dubbed “Teen Pop-Up MakerSpace.”

Teens can drop by the library’s Heritage Room any time between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.  to make a quaint light-up holiday house. Along with having fun, this program allows teens to express their creativity while learning basic electronics. The program, which is fueled by a California State Library Grant, is free and registration is not necessary.

The Mission Viejo Library is located at 100 Civic Center Drive. For more information, call 949-830-7100.
