Drum roll please "¦ and the winners of the City's annual Scarecrow Contest are:

Most Humorous #10 - "Brody" by Trabuco Hills High School Water Polo Boys

Spookiest #13 - "Doom" by Mission Viejo Homeschoolers

Most Traditional #15 - "Lucy the suffragette" by Daughters of the American Revolution Mission Viejo Chapter

People's Choice #5 - "I Am Groot" by Charles Abbott

The winning entries, which were selected via online voting, have blue ribbons, and their creators will receive money courtesy of the Friends of the Arts. 

Special thanks to everyone who participated this year! You can still check out the scarecrows on display at the Norman P. Murray Center through November 5.
