With the County's announcement that outdoor sports competitions can resume with modifications starting today, the City is gearing up for all new episodes of "South County SportsZone" and is sharing the first "Coach's Corner" with Paul J. Higgins episode of the year.

The Mission Viejo Television Programming spotlights riveting local sports action, covering the latest and greatest football, volleyball, water polo and other games with highlights, interviews, players and more.

According to the County, the State's updated guidance applies to all organized youth and adult sports including school and community-wide sponsored programs and privately organized clubs and leagues. Outdoor sport competitions can resume in Purple Tier counties including OC with modifications that include testing for certain outdoor high-contact sports. Outdoor moderate-contact sports like baseball, softball and cheerleading can resume in Orange County without testing equipment.  For more information on examples of sports with different levels of contact and risk by tier, visit the State's guidelines.

Stay tuned for new episodes of "South County SportsZone" and "Coach's Corner" via https://www.youtube.com/user/MissionViejoCA. Programming will also air on Cox Channel 30 and AT&T Channel 99.
