If you started enforcing vehicle exhaust noise standards the way Laguna beach/Aliso Viejo does... A.) homes positioned near major avenues would enjoy a better outdoor environment and B.) possibly a slight increase in property value. Vehicles in CA are regulated more than any other state and I just don’t understand why I have to listen to a $700 2001 dodge shadow with a tin can exhaust scream past my house at 5:30 am every morning. Especially when u consider the extraordinary taxes I pay to live here.
