Don’t miss exciting presentation on NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope Jan. 14
Residents of all ages are invited to an exciting presentation on NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope on Saturday, January 14.
This free program is from 6 to 8 pm in the City Hall Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center.
Launched into space on December 25, 2021, the telescope has gathered science-changing images from throughout the universe. Local nonprofit Science Heads will revisit the first images that were revealed to the world last July and discuss what new and exciting discoveries have been made during the telescope’s first year in space.
The January 14 program will allow folks to see the images up close on a big screen and ask questions of local NASA Solar System Ambassadors.
