Pet animals and learn about adoption at ‘Petting Zootastic’ Jan. 28

bunny

Bring your friends and family to meet a variety of animals on the picturesque Oso Creek Trail on Saturday, January 28 from 11 am to 1 pm during the City’s “Petting Zootastic” event.

The event will be held in the Celebration Garden near the Potocki Trailhead bridge and will provide opportunities to pet several animals, learn about pet adoption from Mission Viejo Animal Services, meet Chase from "Paw Patrol," crafts and more.

There are many event access points and we encourage participants to take the journey outdoors by walking or biking to this event.

For more information, contact rcs@cityofmissionviejo.org or 949-470-3061.

I lost my husband of 61 years 6 months ago, and I need a dog to make me happy again. Although I am 81 years old, I love to walk, and want an inside smaller dog that doesn't shed. I do have a nice yard, if it likes to be outside and run, but I would like one that would love to be with me. I do walk every day, and need a dog that can go up and down steps. Thank you.
