Don’t miss amazing student artwork exhibit and reception

art

The Mission Viejo Library and Saddleback Unified School District are teaming up to host the first annual showcase of incredible student artwork.

With nearly 200 works of art created by students in grades 7-12, the Visual and Media Arts Celebration embraces the creativity and talent of students. The showcase boasts an array of artistic styles and media – including paintings, drawings, ceramics, and mixed-media pieces.

The exhibit runs February 17 through March 17 at the Mission Viejo Library.

On Saturday, February 25, the community is invited to a reception honoring the exhibiting student artists. The reception is free to attend and takes place from 2 to 4 pm in the library’s storytime room.

For more information, email arts@cityofmissionviejo.org or call 949-470-8470.

The Mission Viejo Library is located at 100 Civic Center.
