International bestselling author Anita Abriel will discuss her latest book "The Life She Wanted" on Wednesday, June 28.
Part of the City's popular Writers Present program, the event starts at 6 pm in the Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center.
“The Life She Wanted†is the captivating story of Pandora Carmichael, a young woman growing up among the elite upper class of 1920s New York, a time when fortunes were made and a woman's dreams challenged against all odds.
Along with her latest book, Abriel, who was born in Australia, will also talk about "Rome in Love" (which became a Hallmark movie) as well as writing, publishing, and what happens beyond the publication date.
