Park(ing) Day Children's Festival of Fun Sept. 15
Mark your calendar for Friday, September 15 to enjoy the City’s second annual Park(ing) Day Children’s Fair at the North Paseo, 25282 Marguerite Parkway.
Held from 3 to 6 pm, the fun-filled event will include arts and crafts; a DJ and dance off; interactive games; an environmental learning center; bunny petting zoo; chalk art; children's stories; activities for grandparents and grandchildren; prizes; and much more.
On this day, people across the world temporarily repurpose street parking spaces and convert them to tiny parks and places for art, play, and activism. This event is designed to foster fun, creativity, and social engagement for children of all ages and folks young at heart.

Hi, I attended this event…
Hi, I attended this event with my two toddlers and we also attended yesterday's truck festival in the same location. These were both fantastic events and my kids loved them. However, I wanted to know why the music plays so loudly. Kids' ears are very susceptible to damage and the music was so loud we had to shout to be heard. For future events, would it be possible to lower the volume and protect our little ones' ears?
