Construction will soon begin on the following developments:

A 108,000-square-foot Mission Viejo Medical Center and parking garage on the vacant site between The Shops at Mission Viejo and Mission Hospital

GreenStreet Mission Viejo, a new commercial center at Marguerite Parkway (south of Avery) 

Volvo Mission Viejo - 28730 Marguerite (south of Avery) will be renovated this year.

The Borders building has been leased by CircusTrix and the trampoline/birthday party venue will be called Hawktopus. The Sports Authority building is for lease and a new tenant hasn't been announced yet.

The building on the northwest corner of Marguerite and Avery Parkway is being renovated and Coffee, Bean and Tea will be the first of several tenants.

What will be taking over the empty lot where Sports Chalet and the Halloween store used to occupy off of Puerta Real, 92691?
