Notice of Public Hearing

We are experiencing an overflow of cars parking overnight off of Pinecrest by Pinecrest Park and Mountain/Marguerite Pkwy. They sometimes park next to the fire hydrant at night time. I am requesting a change in the parking requirement for those to streets because it is a safety hazard exiting Mountain and the morning to see other cars exiting while approaching the stop sign. Also these tenants of the nearby apartments are littering and dumping their trash on the sidewalks and streets. I have sent pictures to Renata showing this.
