Volunteer and make a difference at Mission Hospital
If you would like to serve those who are sick and less fortunate, Mission Hospital is looking for dedicated individuals to volunteer at both the Mission Viejo and Laguna Beach locations.
Research has proven that volunteering provides a variety of benefits including personal satisfaction and fulfillment, physical and emotional wellbeing, and connections to new friends.
Hospital volunteers receive complimentary parking, meal coverage and recognition. For more information, visit http://www.mission4health.com/volunteer or call the Mission Hospital Auxiliary office at (949) 364-1400, ext. 7944. The website is updated frequently with openings at each campus and also includes an application.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to volunteer at the hospital! My goal is to be a nurse so volunteering in that environment is a great way to learn more about the field I hope to part of. If you need any more information from me please let me know.
I am having computer problems. Can't copy over the home page. I am a techno-idiot. I am the mother of a 45- year -old. I was, by profession, a newspaper journalist . Orange County Register, Los Angeles Times Community News. Can Google me. I am now 65, semi-retired and at loose ends. And the only thing I want to do for free (I could use a job) is hold/comfort a child.
Stefanie - please follow the link at the bottom of the article to access the Hospital's volunteer page. You will need to complete an application and there is more information on qualifications and opportunities there.
