Mother’s Day Fairy Day Spa & Garden Workshop

The perfect Mother’s Day treat! Build your own fairy day spa and garden retreat. Planter soil, planting materials and your own personalized fairy home are supplied, just bring your imagination! Pottery Workshop for Adults

Sumi-Painting and Japanese Calligraphy

Learn traditional Sumi ink and brush techniques to create Japanese characters and Sumi painting. Beginner and advanced students welcome. This class is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Fridays from May 3-31. Wet and Wild Watercolor on Yupo

Create exciting and vibrant watercolors on Yupo paper with artist Maribeth McFaul. This smooth surface will encourage you to go with the flow. The materials list is available upon registration. Still-Life and Landscape Oil Painting

Learn how to translate a photograph into a compelling painting and set-up and compose subjects for a still life painting. Artist Ebrahim Amin will demonstrate his style and process of painting. iPhone Photography

Learn everything you need to know to maximize your iPhone photos and videos. Focus, exposure and flash, HDR, panoramas, accessories and apps are discussed. (iPhone required) Cost is $35 for age 16 and older. This class is from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 25. (Course #29795)

Open Studio Drawing and painting

Open studio is an opportunity for people with painting or drawing experience to independently pursue their art projects in the company of fellow artists. Facilitated by art instructors and volunteers, the class includes a $40 punch card for four sessions or $80 punch card for 10 sessions for age 18 and older. This class is from May 1- 31. Pottery Studio Time

Open Studio time is now available for people with pottery experience. Work alongside fellow hobbyists and explore your creativity. Cost is a $36 punch card for three sessions, $75 punch card for five sessions or $120 punch card for 10 sessions for age 15 and older.
