Is there anyway for me to ship it directly to a location? I don't live close to Mission Viejo, but I can try shipping items to this location. Thank you!

Are you accepting donations of partially used shampoos and hair products? I have a bunch of them that I found had ingredients I am allergic to. Nothing wrong with them, but I cannot use them. They obviously would NOT be factory-sealed.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any opened items. We do appreciate your eagerness to give during this time though. Thank you.

Hygience items can be dropped off during normal business hours, M-F 8 am to 5 pm. The box at City Hall is located inside the lobby - you can enter through the sliding glass doors. At the Norman P. Murray Community Center, the box is located at the entrance. Staff is retrieving items from the boxes multiple times a day.
