The Mission Viejo Library is rolling out a new virtual program lineup for kids: Virtual Reading Rocks!

Designed for elementary school-aged children who can read aloud, this monthly program, which starts September 24, supports literacy and builds community. Hosted on Zoom and facilitated by a librarian, readers age 6 and older will take turns reading aloud to friendly teen volunteers.

Ali Borowski, founder of Find Your Anchor, will discuss suicide prevention and awareness. She will also talk about Anchor Boxes, what you might find in them, and how to find or drop them into our community. Each box comes with cards, posters, phone numbers, and more.

Q&A following session.
