Young adults 13 and older are invited to join Viet Rainbow OC and the Mission Viejo Library for an interactive, virtual workshop to explore ways that we can better understand self-care. In this program, we will also develop ways to embrace our self-care through centering our schedules around self-care practices.

The Friends of the Library will host a book sale this Saturday, June 12 from 11 am to 4 pm in the Kershaw Garden next to the library.

Thousands of adult and children's books, CDs, and DVDs will be available at deeply discounted prices. Most of the materials will range from $.25 to $2. Cash will be accepted and credit cards for sales over $5.

The Friends Bookstore is scheduled to reopen to the public on June 22.

Sensory Storytime is an early literacy program designed for families with kids who are on the spectrum or have other sensory issues.

Storytime will be available for viewing on Facebook.

We are offering flannel kits so families can follow along with our story at home. Request a flannel kit at the library or through our curbside delivery service. Flannel kits are free and are yours to keep. Supplies are limited.

Join library staff and Science Heads for a fun-filled presentation on our solar system, including live viewing of the planets from telescopes in the Canary Islands!
