Put on your dancing boots and join us for a free line dancing class offered by instructor Carrie Wojo. This free class offers easy to follow step-by-step choreography and great music! This class is for anyone who loves to dance, whether your experienced or new to the dance floor.

Registration is now available for the Paddle for the Battle pickleball fundraising tournament from 2-10 pm Saturday, August 24 at the Felipe Tennis and Recreation Center.
 

Courtney Clothier is a full-time Registered Nurse whose love and knowledge of sports, music, games, and more, turned into hosting self-curated trivia nights. What started as a couple fun nights of trivia with friends and family, is now enjoyed by sold out crowds. Clothier’s trivia nights are hosted with a variety of categories that will test your knowledge, matched with a fun and inviting atmosphere for you and your team to enjoy. It’s free to play and all answers will be written down with pen on paper. No cell phones will be allowed!

Join us for a meet and greet with Waste Management as they showcase their truck and answer questions. Kids can also sit in the driver’s seat and take photos.

Start your summer with a splash at our FREE open house! The Recreation Centers are opening their doors to the public. Guests will receive information on party rentals, personal training, facility amenities, and fitness programs. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Come play in your own backyard!

Recreation members can enjoy live music for all ages this summer during the Live Music on The Deck series at Montanoso.

The live entertainment takes place from 1 to 4 pm on June 16, July 21, and August 18.

The Norman P. Murray Center Aloha Ukulele Strummers will provide a fun concert to kick off the summer with ukulele’s and an accompanying ensemble from 4 to 5 pm.

The Ka Hula O’Aulani will perform hula dancing following the concert with audience participation from 5 to 5:30 pm. Free leis will be available for patrons (while supplies last) to enhance the aloha dance experience. The dancers promote, preserve, and perpetuate the Hawaiian dance form of hula along with the traditions, culture, handicrafts, and language by providing educational opportunities to the public.

Enjoy a concert on Tuesday evening on the orchard terrace featuring Sierra.

Sierra plays a mix of popular favorite hits that will get you dancing.

Beer and wine will be available for purchase from the Mission Viejo Rotary Club as well as snacks from the Senior Leadership Committee. Cash is preferred. Doors open at 3:30 pm. Outside beverages are not allowed. Please leave your pets at home.
