The Chabad of Mission Viejo will celebrate the Jewish Festival of Lights with Chanukah music and entertainment, games, activities, bounce house, creative crafts, face painting, cookie decorating and so much more! Come to experience all the wonderment of Chanukah with the lighting of the menorah, singing traditional holiday songs, eating latkes (potato pancakes) and sufganiot (jelly donuts). Experience spinning the dreidel of joy at this citywide celebration of the winter holiday of miracles!

Get ready to make a splash and dive for pumpkins on Sunday, October 23 during the annual Pumpkin Diving event at the Sierra Recreation and Fitness Center.

Take City sidewalks between Santa's Workshop and the North Paseo while enjoying carolers, the Grinch and other characters like Jack Skellington and Sally, crafts, glitter face painting and live entertainment along the way. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in their workshop and the Night Market turned "Whoville" will be celebrating the holidays with games, food, s'mores, beer garden and live entertainment.

Four pedicabs will also be available for transportation between the Civic Center and North Paseo.

A new weekly Farmers Market begins in Mission Viejo from 9 am to 1 pm at the North Paseo, 25282 Marguerite Parkway.

Come by and say "hi!" to a shelter pet and create an enrichment item for a homeless animal at the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center (MVAS).

MVAS has an enrichment program to ease the stress and incorporate activities into the daily routine for resident animals. Some have never been socialized and can face challenges during their time at the center. The program improves their well-being by bringing out their natural behaviors and by creating a more peaceful stay before finding a forever home.
