Caring Fairies will return to Mission Viejo for the holidays

caring fairies workshop

Queen Lily and her family of Caring Fairies, who have called the Oso Creek Trail home since April, have flown the coop for their native Ireland.

Residents from near and far visited and enjoyed the fairy homes that dotted about a mile of the Oso Creek Trail. The Caring Fairies, who made their debut a couple of years ago on Laguna Niguel's Aliso Summit Trail, will return to Mission Viejo in November and December for the winter holiday. However, the Fairy workshops offered at the Potocki Center for the Arts continue through the fall. (Call 949-470-8470 for workshop details.)

You can keep track of the Caring Fairies at https://cityofmissionviejo.org/departments/arts-culture.

The Caring Fairies are still in Mission Viejo as of December 21 (we don't have an exact departure date). The fairies are located around the perimeter of the Potocki Center for the Arts and we encourage visitors to come during hours of operation as the patio is locked during some days of the City's winter closure hours. The facility is open, however, December 27th to the 29th.
