City mourning the loss of its longtime fitness trainer, friend

The Mission Viejo community is mourning the loss of longtime trainer Jadon Pollard who passed away on Saturday. He was 49.


The beloved married father of two young children spent the last decade as a personal trainer at the City's Montanoso Recreation Center. He spent more than 30 years in the field helping people get fit and live healthier lives.


Jadon suffered a stroke early this month and this tight-knit recreation community immediately rallied behind the family, sending prayers and well wishes to the man who was known for his love of family, mountain biking, motorcycles, mixed martial arts and fishing.


A Go Fund Me page was set up to help his family.
