I want to express my appreciation for Mission Viejo's initiative of sharing local and national resources available to the ones in need of support to their mental health. Unfortunately, many of us still feel ashamed to look for help when they feel extreme anxiety, depression or any other kind of mental illness. A public policy of raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health is huge! ASK FOR HELP if you need...YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! : ) : ) : )
