Expanded Kids Factory opportunities for non-school days
The City-sponsored Kids Factory program is expanding to accommodate more family requests for childcare programming at elementary schools throughout the year.
The Saddleback Valley Unified School District program will now offer all-day camps during select non-school days. Students will have the chance to play a variety of games, win prizes, create crafts, and enjoy other themed activities. These new programs offered to elementary school-aged children will operate at Los Alisos Intermediate School with a second site available during weekly holidays (Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks) at the Norman P. Murray Center.
Kids Factory is a fun drop-in recreation program. Parents can drop kids off there or children can walk to the program after school or for day-long camps.
