Don't delay in getting early bird pricing today for charity Oso Fit 5K Fun Run/Walk

Early bird prices are ending soon, so get a jump on registering for the 5K Fun Run/Walk and Children's Half & Quarter-Mile Races taking place from 7:30-11 a.m. on Saturday, February 23. Hosted by the City and Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce, the event is an extension of the annual Community Health Fair.

With the 5K Fun Run/Walk and Children's races (designed for all abilities in partnership with the Children's Cerebral Palsy Movement), you can enjoy the scenic Oso Creek Trail while supporting your favorite Mission Viejo nonprofit organization. That's right: 100 percent of your pre-registration fee will go to a nonprofit of your choice.

Early registration ends at 4 p.m. on February 16. Register before then and you'll receive an event T-shirt along with discounted fees. After that, the cost to participate increases.

I am looking forward to this, the 2nd annual run! Last year was lots of fun and the scenery is beautiful along the Oso Creek Trail. Thanks to the city of Mission Viejo for making this a great event, and especially for recognizing the value of an inclusive kids event.
