Keep your kids and teens active this summer in our Junior Lifeguard program

Registration is now available for the City of Mission Viejo's Junior Lifeguard Training at Montanoso Recreation Center. The class will be offered Monday through Friday, July 15-19 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.       

Taught by certified Lifeguards, the class builds a foundation of knowledge and skills for future lifeguard employment focused on water safety, drowning prevention, and skills for helping others in the water.

Participants must be at least 11 years old and pass the swimming and skills test on the first day of class. A graduation ceremony will be held on the final day from 3:30-5 p.m.

Hello, my 15 year old twin daughters are interested in becoming lifeguards. i came across your program and wanted to find out more information. Is it still available, what is the age limit, and is there any other fee besides the $180? Thank you.
