‘Luca’ is June’s free Film of Character
The Mission Viejo Community of Character Committee will host a showing of "Luca" at 1:15 pm on Sunday, June 11 as part of its free movie of character series.
The film is rated PG and suitable for people of all ages. The movie will be shown on a theater-sized screen with theater-style seating in the Mission Viejo Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center.
“Luca” is about a young boy who experiences an unforgettable seaside summer on the Italian Riviera filled with gelato, pasta, and endless scooter rides. Luca shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, but all the fun is threatened by a deeply held secret - he is a sea monster from another world just below the ocean's surface.
