Mission Viejo business epitomizes generosity, community spirit

broken yolk cafe

During good times and bad, our residents and businesses demonstrate kindness, compassion and generosity. Take German and Fabiola Fabregas, for example. While their restaurant the Broken Yolk Cafe on Marguerite is closed, they stepped up and offered to cook breakfast burritos for local firefighters and Sheriff’s deputies on the frontline during this pandemic.

This wonderful outpouring of support for our first responders from German, Fabiola and their staff epitomizes the spirit of this community. The City is grateful to them for serving up food from the heart!
