Mission Viejo to host early voting
The City of Mission Viejo will begin early in-person voting Saturday, October 27 for the November 6 General Election. Mission Viejo is one of only eight Vote Center locations in Orange County. Early Voting runs through Monday, November 5 in the Saddleback Room at City Hall.
Voter registration is up 62% since the 2016 Presidential and vote-by-mail ballot returns are 70% ahead of 2014 numbers. In anticipation of heavy voter volume before Election Day, the Registrar of Voters has streamlined the check-in process for Vote Centers and increased personnel.
The Vote Center will provide full-service voting to any Orange County voter before Election Day, and Mission Viejo will also host a ballot drop-off service in the parking lot. Mission Viejo's Vote Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. October 27 through November 2, with expanded hours from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. November 3-5.

Your dates above are…
Your dates above are misleading. The general election is on Tuesday, November 5. You have written above that the general election is on Wednesday, November 6. That is wrong. How can you have such an egregious mistake on such a crucial all American event as voting day?
