More parking available to accommodate Symphony in the Cities and Prelude in the Park event Saturday, July 28

Pacific Symphony

With people of all ages expected to flock to the City’s Symphony in the Cities and Prelude in the Park event this Saturday, July 28, the City of Mission Viejo is making it easier for residents to enjoy the fabulous festivities at the Norman Murray Center and neighboring Oso Viejo Community Park.

In addition to onsite parking at the community center and Newhart Middle School, the City is offering free shuttle rides from the Civic Center from 4-9 p.m. as well as additional street parking along the south side of Jeronimo between Marguerite and Via San Fernando.

To keep the public safe, the parking will be limited to the south side of the street to prevent patrons from having to cross Jeronimo on foot to access the special event. (The bike lane will be closed along this stretch of the street.)

The Norman P. Murray Community Center is located at 24932 Veterans Way. For more information about this year’s event, see this link and this map for parking options.
