New gastropub on Jeronimo cleared to serve beer and wine

wursthaus

The Planning and Transportation Commission gave the green light this week for a new gastropub to serve beer and wine at its restaurant off Jeronimo Road.

When it opens at 25522 Jeronimo Road (next to Sonic Burger), Wursthaus will feature an array of handmade sausages including alligator and rattlesnake as well as waffles, pretzels, Belgium fries and a big selection of German and Belgian beers.

As part of the design plans, the business owner will revamp the existing stone and beige stucco façade to create more of brick and industrial look in keeping with eatery’s brand image. The owner currently operates a Wursthaus in Santa Ana.

Glad to hear it. MV has the worst selection of restaurants of just about anywhere!. I mean how many pizzas & hamburgers can you eat?
This should be a boon for anyone with a sense of taste.
