Nonprofits sought to benefit from Annual Oso Fit 5K Fun Run
The City and Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce are seeking nonprofits to benefit from the annual Oso Fit 5K Fun Run that gives back 100% of the pre-registration fees to local nonprofits selected by participants.
The event, which takes place on Saturday, February 23 along with the Community Health Fair, raised more than $10,000 last year to help nonprofits achieve their financial goals. Organizations included PTAs/PTOs, booster clubs, community volunteer groups and others.
If your organization is interested in being a nonprofit in which participants can select to donate their registration fee, contact the Mission Viejo Recreation & Community Services Department at 949-470-3061 and visit osofit5k.org for more information about the event.
