City to host Patriot Day remembrance
The City of Mission Viejo will host a simple flag-holding and candlelight gathering to honor the men, women and children who lost their lives and the heroes who responded to the catastrophic events of 9/11.
The gathering is from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11 in the Kershaw Garden at 200 Civic Center Drive. In reflecting on that tragic day, people will have the chance to jot down memories and heartfelt messages.

Absolutely count our family in as it hits home as family members were on the front line in NY and overseas. I even wrote a blog on it. We will not miss it.
