Purchase some See’s for our Soldiers

The Kiwanis Club of Mission Viejo, working with the City of Mission Viejo’s Marine Corps Adoption Committee, is supporting our troops this holiday season through the “See’s for Soldiers” program.

Along with buying See’s for family and friends, you can purchase a one-pound box of See’s at two designated sites and have it shipped to Marines who are deployed overseas or stationed at Camp Pendleton. Thanks to the community’s support, in the last eight years, the Kiwanis Club has sent 4,020 of these boxes to our Marines. (Note: This program is not available at See’s retail stores.)

The candy will be sold in front of the Pavilions in Mission Viejo at Oso and Marguerite Parkways and in Rancho Santa Margarita on Antonio from 9:30 to 5 p.m. December 7-9; 14-16; and 20-23.

The local Kiwanis Club has sold See’s Candies as its major fundraiser for more than 25 years. The money raised through candy sales goes back into our community in many ways, especially for our youth.
