Support our adopted troops by donating baby items

With the stork expected to make a few deliveries to Camp Pendleton, the Mission Viejo Marines and Sailors Adoption Committee is asking for help in supporting our troops.

The committee is busy assembling baby baskets for the new bundles of joy expecting to arrive soon to some of our adopted Marine families.

Along with monetary donations, the committee is seeking diapers, onesies, shampoo, lotion, oil, wipes, new clothing, body wash, sunscreen, bubble bath, towels, washcloths, bibs, socks, hats and diaper rash cream.

You can drop off items in specifically marked boxes at City Hall, the Mission Viejo Library and Norman P. Murray Community Center. Checks should be made payable to the Mission Viejo Community Foundation.
