reopened

The Coco’s restaurant that used to be housed on Crown Valley Parkway near the I-5 freeway recently reopened in the former Carrows restaurant building on Marguerite Parkway.

The Crown Valley Parkway site – with the 7,000-square-foot former Coco’s building – will be renovated and expanded to include a new 2,500-square-foot building, under a plan the City’s Planning and Transportation approved last summer. The proposed project calls for adding outdoor dining areas and four new retail/restaurant tenants.
