Sensory Storytime is an early literacy program designed for families with kids who are on the spectrum or have other sensory issues.

We are offering flannel kits so families can follow along with our story at home. Request a flannel kit at the library or through our curbside delivery service. Flannel kits are free and are yours to keep. Supplies are limited.

With the County's move back to a less-restrictive tier, the Mission Viejo Library is gearing up to reopen to the public by appointment on Tuesday, April 6.

Mission Viejo Library's 'Moon Over Mission Viejo' virtual gallery is now available to view online through April 2. All of the photos were submitted by members of the public, and include many creative shots of the moon over the lake, mountains, homes and more.

The Mission Viejo Library will host its popular Comic Fest next month in a new virtual format. The fun takes place every night via Zoom April 19-25 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Teens are invited to submit original artwork for the Virtual Mission Viejo Library Comic Fest Art Showcase by Friday, March 26. The fest takes place every night April 19-25 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Students in grades 6 through 12 can submit family-friendly artwork celebrating pop culture at https://cityofmissionviejo.org/virtual-art-showcase. Artwork can be anything from superheroes, sci-fi and fantasy to manga and anime. All images must be your own original creation and cannot be photoshopped.
