Meetings

The Planning and Transportation Commission welcomes input from members of the public. Regular meetings of the Planning and Transportation Commission are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Council Chamber, Mission Viejo City Hall, 200 Civic Center. The Coco’s restaurant that used to be housed on Crown Valley Parkway near the I-5 freeway recently reopened in the former Carrows restaurant building on Marguerite Parkway. 

The Crown Valley Parkway site – with the 7,000-square-foot former Coco’s building – will be renovated and expanded to include a new 2,500-square-foot building, under a plan the City’s Planning and Transportation approved last summer. The proposed project calls for adding outdoor dining areas and four new retail/restaurant tenants.
