Strategic Plan

The Department of Information Technology developed a plan for the current and future implementation of Information Technology (IT) in the City. The resulting plan, titled the Information Technology Strategic Plan, serves as a roadmap for the strategic and tactical implementation of IT infrastructure and electronic government ("e-government") services over the next two-three years and beyond. It provides a framework for introducing new technology in a phased approach that takes into consideration organizational needs, City budget, as well as current capabilities, technology trends and citizen expectations.
