Building Services Information
All permits and inspections are now processed online. Use one of the links below, depending on the notice that you received. Before submitting a permit application, it is recommended that you review the Resources and How To Guides for the Client Self Service system.
OBTAINING A PERMIT
All permits are processed online. Visit Client Self Service to start the permit process. We recommend you have all of the contact information, required paperwork, and all contacts have created an online account before you start the online permit process.
If you received a STOP WORK ORDER, additional fees will apply to your permit.
REQUEST/RESCHEDULE/CANCEL AN INSPECTION
Inspections can be scheduled using the online portal Client Self Service. Visit the My Work tab and select Request Inspection. To reschedule an inspection, visit the My Work tab, select My Existing Inspections, and select reschedule in the upper right corner.
If you applied for a permit before September 7, 2023, request an inspection here or cancel a inspection.
