Cookie Co. Mission Viejo is gearing up to open on Saturday, April 15 at 25106 Marguerite Parkway, Unit B in the La Paz and Marguerite shopping center. This will be the first Cookie Co. in Orange County.
Dave’s Hot Chicken will serve beer and wine when the eatery opens in the Alicia Landing center next month, under a plan the Planning and Transportation Commission approved on Monday.
MorningStar of Mission Viejo assisted-living facility on Marguerite Parkway is expected to open in March.
The project features 132 living units including 102 assisted-living and 30 congregate-care units at 28570 Marguerite Parkway. City staff recently inspected the new assisted-living facility, which allowed facility management to begin offering tours of the complex.
