**The Inaugural Paws Creek Classic Golf Tournament scheduled for Saturday, March 5, has been POSTPONED due to forecasted rain this weekend. The tournament has been rescheduled to Saturday, May 21.

Join us for the first "Movies on the Green" featuring Disney's, "Encanto." The event is free and open to the public.

Nachos, hot dogs, gourmet sausages, popcorn, candy and hot chocolate will be available for purchase. No outside food is allowed.

Hunt for Gnome's on the course in your own golf cart. $40 per cart for two people. Each cart is equipped with flashlights, glow sticks, and fun driving on the cart path, using your torch to spot the charming little gnomes. The more sightings you log, the more prizes you can win! A burger, chips and a drink meal will be available for $8, and hot chocolate, s'mores and cookies will also be available for purchase from 6-9 pm. Before your hunt enjoy a special reading of the gnome story. Bring your family or a group and book your "hunt" time now!

The City is accepting nominations for its annual Community Services Wall of Recognition program, which was created to recognize individuals who have contributed extraordinary, lasting and significant service to our community.

The I-5 northbound Avery Parkway off-ramp will be closed and southbound off-ramp reduced to one lane December 20-23 to accommodate partial demolition of the I-5 bridge over Avery.

The demolition of the median portion of that bridge requires the closure of the street below the freeway each night from 10 pm until 5 am, according to the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). If necessary, the same closures could be in effect December 27-30. 

The City Council on Tuesday hosted a public hearing on district-based voting and approved a contract for the La Paz Bridge Rehabilitation and Road Widening Improvements, among other business.
