Gain knowledge of engineering principles while working with levers, gears, and motors to design amazing, motorized robots. Robots will be created using K’NEX motorized sets. This robot building demo class does not include any of the take-home robots. Take-home robots are included in the full Robot Building camp programs.

Rebekah Russell is a local musician and stage actress from Laguna Niguel. Her style of music ranges from ’60s ‘70s, and ‘80s classics to modern Pop, Indie, Soul, and Jazz. Rebekah has performed at venues including Knott’s Berry Farm, Laguna Niguel Sea Country Festival and SkyLoft. Music has been her passion since a very young age. She enjoys sharing her passion by teaching piano and voice to kids of all ages and sharing her music with the community.

Forecasted rain won’t stop the Mission Viejo community from supporting local nonprofits: The Oso Fit 5K and Community Health Fair takes place rain or shine this Saturday, February 25 at the Norman P. Murray Center.

The event begins at 7:30 am at 24932 Veterans Way.

The City is seeking applicants interested in serving on the Senior Leadership Committee DBA Friends of the Murray Center.  

Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month from 1 to 2 pm at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center. Meetings are open to the public. 

Kids can learn about being healthy, the importance of exercise and have fun during the quarter- and half-mile race at the Oso Fit 5K Fun Run and Community Health Fair on Saturday, February 25.

The fun takes place at the Norman P. Murray Center, 24932 Veterans Way beginning at 7:30 am.

The City and Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce are gearing up for the Oso Fit Community Health Fair at 7:30 am on Saturday, February 25 at the Norman P. Murray Community Center.

Designed to benefit the community – and part of the Oso Fit 5K Fun Run – the free Health Fair features more than 60 health and wellness organizations displaying their healthy programs and products and offering giveaways and handouts.

Crafters, artists and bakers interested in featuring their handmade items at a spring boutique are sought to submit an application by 6 pm on February 17.   


Enjoy shopping unique, handcrafted items at the Spring Into Summer Boutique on Saturday, April 15 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.  Shop an assortment of items perfect for weddings, Mother's Day, graduations and more!
 
Hosted by the Mission Viejo Activities Committee, this daylong exceptional shopping experience is from 8 am to 5 pm at 24932 Veterans Way.
